1. Tell us about your journey at Sertis
With ambition and enthusiasm to be a Data Scientist, I had researched and queried the place that can provide me not only a job title but also learning opportunities to become an expert in my career in Thailand. Sertis was mentioned from several sources and people kept recommending me to join Sertis.
Joining Sertis as a Data Scientist provides an opportunity to learn from the best in Thailand and global talents. From the perspective of a person who has neither an education background nor professional experience, Sertis allows me to develop myself not only in terms of technicality but also confidence that I am on the right track of what I aim to achieve as a Data Scientist
2. Comparing your Day 1 to present
I have learnt immeasurable experiences since day 1 after making a decision to be part of Sertis. People at Sertis contribute a major role to encourage and facilitate me to develop core understanding in principle of machine learning and also key software engineering skills to become a full stack Data Scientist.
3. Your most proud of initiative
We work as a team at Sertis. Initiatives and ideas are discussed among team members. I am proud to be a part of such a talented team. At Sertis, I have opportunities to work on challenging and impactful projects which help clients to overcome their complex business challenges such as doing an ordering inventory replenish system which has to fulfill orders for hundreds of product units every single day or working on an optimization model to automate manufacturing process.
4. The best thing about working at Sertis
Working team here is the best. This does not apply exclusively to your functional team, but also across a wide breadth of teams at Sertis. You do not need to be concerned or afraid of anything to reach out for help.
5. Any advice to Sertizen new joiners
