Career Development
Working at Sertis is like entering through the gate of opportunities. I’ve been given the chance to work on projects under different industries from Data and AI, Energy and Biosecurity, which has helped shape me become a well-rounded professional. Also, within each project, working with nice and talented team members and understanding clients, allows the project to be executed in top notch quality.
Challenge
With the existing culture of employees’ empowerment, I have the opportunity to organize my 1–1 sessions with each team member, which enhances our self-organization, self-awareness, and self-improvement skills. This adds to the company’s value at the granular level i.e. individual employees. By going through these processes, we’ve also become a better listener of one another, which results in becoming a better solution resolver for the client by actually listening to their pains and trying our best to find the solutions that can really impact and make a change for their businesses.
Day-to-day task
Some of my day-to-day tasks include requirement gathering, planning, minimizing impediments for the team, etc. The tasks might sound like your cliche routine type of work, but they become fascinating under such a supportive environment.
